Andrew is a veterinary surgeon, a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Surgeons and a Royal College Veterinary Surgery Registered Specialist. Andrew graduated from the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) in 2002 and, after working in practice returned to the RVC in 2008 to complete a three-year surgical residency programme.

 

Andrew became the hospital director and head surgeon of a large veterinary hospital in 2015. He has published in peer-reviewed journals on topics including orthopaedic surgery and regenerative therapy for musculoskeletal injuries, has co-authored a chapter on equine orthopaedics. He presents at conferences internationally.

 

In 2020 Andrew formed Credivet UK, and in 2026 CredivetUSA, working together with vets and finance teams to facilitate funding back into the veterinary industry for research and development.

 

He is married with two children (and multiple pets!) and is a keen musician and sportsman.
